Mr. Johnny Chan Kok Chung – Chairman

Mr. Johnny directs the strategic development of Crosby's asset management businesses. He is Chairman and CEO of Crosby Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited and CEO of Crosby Wealth Management (Hong Kong) Limited, both licensed by the SFC in Hong Kong. Johnny is based in Hong Kong and is vice chairman and CEO of Techpacific Capital, the Hong Kong listed majority shareholder of Crosby. He is the principal portfolio manager for the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Applied Research Fund, as well as the Coro Voltin fund sponsored by the Small Business Corporation of the Korean Government. Johnny is also a Representative Director of IB Daiwa Corp.

Mr. Johnny has over 22 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience in leading global financial institutions. In 1999, he was managing director of Bear Stearns Asia Limited. Prior to that he was an executive director at UBS and a director at Citicorp. At UBS and Bear Stearns, Johnny was responsible for a number of innovative capital market and corporate finance transactions, including several landmark deals for Chinese and Asian issuers.

Mr. Amer Maqbool – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Maqbool has over 10 years of experience in the asset management industry and started his career with Fidelity Investments in the USA. He joined ABAMCO Limited (now JS Investments) in 2003 to head the Business Planning and Development Department. He was responsible for over 5 fund launches and strategic restructuring of the company. He joined BMA Asset Management Limited in 2006 as its Chief Operating Officer and has been involved with all operational and business planning areas there prior to Joining Crosby Asset Management Pakistan in 2008.

Mr. Shahzad Fakhar Ashfaq – Director

Mr. Ashfaq is associated with the Crosby Group’s investment banking division based in Singapore. He has previously worked as Vice President at Nomura International and was the principal banker executing a 160 mn USD Pakistan Government Exchangeable bonds. Mr, Ashfaq has also held senior positions at UBS Hong Kong and Citicorp Investment Bank.
